Probably Italy’s most popular jazz musician, Enrico Rava is also one of Europe’s most important trumpeters, with a highly original style and an abundant output built up over the course of a career rich in encounters which, starting with free jazz, has seen him embrace a wide range of influences unified by a constant love of song.

A privileged member of the jazz piano pantheon, Fred Hersch is an omnipresent creative force. He has been shaping the course of music for over three decades as an improviser, composer, educator, conductor, collaborator and artist. He has been proclaimed “the most astonishingly innovative jazz pianist of the last decade” by Vanity Fair, “an elegant force of musical invention” by the L.A. Times and “a living legend” by The New Yorker.
